nth: the hub of the wheel of life

'nth' might make one think of a compass point
but it doesn't stand for north
nth is the point at the centre: the hub...
where every outward movement of perception is anchored

I use nth as an acronym for now, this, here.
And I find it's also another way of referring to Oneself, for aren't all measurements and all movements made from the point of the measurer and mover?

Wherever you look,
wherever you go
there you are!

Always right now, with just this, right here.

'You' are the looking, the measuring, the moving, the seeking, and you abide eternally and ubiquitously as nth.

But before you get too comfy, consider this:
Could something eternal and ubiquitous be objectified?
If it were, what would its subject be?

No, it's clear - nth could never be any such concept as a time, a place, or a thing.

nth
is the simply the consciousness that knows nth.

But consciousness could never be an object either!

Consciousness-as-concept meets the same difficulty as nth – it's devoid of a subject.

This is all that can be said about "abiding as nth" with the limited tools of language:

consciousness-ing know-ing
now-ing :: this-ing :: here-ing

nthing
